I take my thyroid medication on a empty stomack and than wait 30 mins to 1 hour before I eat anything else and have to wait 4 hrs before I take any vitamins. I notice that the Immunocal has calcium and Immunocal Platinum has Calcium Magnesium in it. I have to wait fours hrs before I take anything with Calcium in it. Should I take either Immunocal 4 hrs after I take my thyroid Medication?
Answer: It is best to follow all label and doctor's instructions, so if you are in doubt, it is probably safest from what you have told me to wait 4 hours.
