Does Oral Glutathione Raise Glutathione And Whiten Skin?

Hello,

You said that "They are all oral glutathione pills, and they will not raise your glutathione, and they will not whiten your skin".

My question is, "Why there are alot of companies which are selling L-glutathione with Vit.C separately, and there are a lot of people have whitened and clear skin?"

Is that fake?

Can Immunocal whiten your skin?

I am satisfied about what you said but please answer my questions if you do not mind (:

Thank you,

Answer:

Thanks for your questions, Omar. I am glad you are satisfied with what I have said because my information is only based on published research.

The reason that companies are selling glutathione pills is because people are willing to buy them.

I cannot answer your question about a lot of people that have whitened skin because I have not heard from any of them.

Based on published research, glutathione pills do not raise glutathione unless they also contain other proven glutathione precursors. As you will see here, Vitamin C is a necessary Co-Factor but will not raise glutathione alone.

I have been taking Immunocal for close to 5 years now, and it is clinically proven to raise and sustain glutathione, however, it has not lightened my skin, nor has it lightened the skin of dozens of my friends who have been taking it for a similar period of time.

The main functions of glutathione are not skin lightening, but are explained here.

If you still wish to see if Immunocal lightens your skin, you are welcome to try it for yourself here.

Then you will know if it whitens skin in your case. That's the only way to find out for sure! You are more likely to experience the benefits mentioned on the glutathione page, however.

In the meantime, I will stick to published research along with clinically proven effects as I always have.
